The Steyning Downland Scheme, An A Rocha Partner in Action, invites you to celebrate nature at our annual family Big Picnic Event,  taking place on the Rifle Range once again this year.

There will be a wide variety of fun activities for all ages.  Old favourites like apple pressing, tractor rides, bushcraft demonstrations, face painting, a fun dog show and wood carving with be on offer as well as heavy horses, parachute games and sack races and the ever popular free bacon butties.

Everyone is invited to bring a picnic and a rug and join in the fun on the day.

The event is free but donations are welcome to support the Conservation Work that the Steyning Downland Scheme carries out.

Tractor Rides to the field will leave from the Steyning Leisure Centre – otherwise walk or cycle to the Rifle Range, off Mouse Lane, Steyning.

All Welcome!  There is no need to book for this free event.
