DESCRIPTION: \nThe Steyning Downland Scheme\, An A Rocha Partner in Action\, invites you to celebrate nature at our annual family Big Picnic Event\,  taking place on the Rifle Range once again this year.\nThere will be a wide variety of fun activities for all ages.  Old favourites like apple pressing\, tractor rides\, bushcraft demonstrations\, face painting\, a fun dog show and wood carving with be on offer as well as heavy horses\, parachute games and sack races and the ever popular free bacon butties. \nEveryone is invited to bring a picnic and a rug and join in the fun on the day. \nThe event is free but donations are welcome to support the Conservation Work that the Steyning Downland Scheme carries out. \nTractor Rides to the field will leave from the Steyning Leisure Centre – otherwise walk or cycle to the Rifle Range\, off Mouse Lane\, Steyning. \nAll Welcome!  There is no need to book for this free event. \nMore information can be obtained  from sdsadmin@wistonestate.co.uk \n
