Guided Dragonfly and Damselfly walk at Foxearth Meadows

Join our Dragonfly and Damselfly guided walk for beginners at Foxearth Meadows, led by wildlife guide and author David Chandler.
In celebration of British Dragonfly Society’s National Dragonfly Week (17-25 July), find out more about dragonflies and damselflies in the company of David Chandler, part of the Foxearth Meadows steering group and the author of ‘Dragonfly’ and ‘A Beginner’s Guide to Dragonflies & Damselflies of Britain & Ireland’.
The event will be a 90-minute stroll starting in the reserve car park, with plenty of stopping and looking. Please bring a sun hat, suncream and insect repellent, and binoculars if you have them, and be prepared for a bit of uneven ground and maybe a bit of mud.Booking is essential.
