SUMMARY:Re-inhabiting the Earth Spring Conference 2020 (Northern Ireland)
DESCRIPTION:Join A Rocha UK’s Head of Conservation\, Andy Lester at Drumalis (Northern Ireland) on 14-16 February 2020 for a special ‘Re-inhabiting the Earth’ spring conference.  \nAndy will be leading explorations of what is happening to give us hope at a local level\, at government level and within the Churches. For more information on the conference\, which will include the official launch of A Rocha UK’s new partnership with Drumalis\, please see the attached flyer or email drumalis@btconnect.com. \nMore about the ‘Re-inhabiting the Earth’ event\nThe weekend is open to everyone and options include accommodation or day tickets (9:30 am – 6:00 pm) for Saturday 15 February.  \nThe conference begins on Friday evening from 5 pm with an evening meal served at 6 pm. The residential conference will end on Sunday with lunch at 1:00 pm.  \nSaturday will be a day of talks\, discussions and sharing of ideas and there will be a time to celebrate the launch of the partnership between Drumalis and A Rocha UK – a new venture in the journey of working together for the sake of our planet: A Rocha UK providing support and expertise to help Drumalis develop its environmental strategy and activities within the context of the Christian Community and the challenge – to care for our common home together. \nMore about our new Partner in Action\nDrumalis in Larne\, County Antrim is a retreat centre owned and run by the Sisters of the Cross and Passion. The ministry of the house is one of reconciliation and nurturing and the resident Sisters offer an organised programme of retreats and workshops throughout the year.  \n  \n \n  \n
