SUMMARY:'Conservation\, the Environment and Theology: Views from the Southern Hemisphere' - CRES Day - Ripon College Cuddesdon
DESCRIPTION:CRES (Certificate in Rural and Environmental Studies)\, which is jointly managed by A Rocha UK and The John Ray Initiative\, is holding a one day conference entitled ‘Conservation\, the Environment and Theology: Views from the Southern Hemisphere’. We are very pleased to welcome Rev Dr Selwyn Yeoman\, Head of the Dunedin branch of A Rocha New Zealand and Rev Dr Rachel Mash\, Environmental Coordinator for the Anglican Church of Southern Africa as our guest speakers. Selwyn and Rachel will give us an excellent overview of two very contrasting Southern Hemisphere situations. \nThe themes explored will be highly relevant to those on the CRES course\, but could be taken as a stand-alone day for all interested in the environment. Places are limited so book soon! For more details and how to book go to: \nhttp://www.cres.org.uk/wordpress/views-from-the-southern-hemisphere/ \n
