DESCRIPTION:An Evening Bat Walk and Moth Trapping\nTuesday\, 27 September from 5.30 pm\nThis event is held in memory of Sarah White\, bat expert and canoeist\, remembering with great affection her generous sharing of knowledge and enthusiasm. \nThis year we are adding moth trapping to the bat event. Moths are a food source for bats. We expect to find a different set of species from the spring/early summer. \nMeet at 5.30 pm around the firebowl for bat chat\, before setting traps and embarking on a bat walk equipped with bat detectors. \nBooking essential.
